Mobile Mic is amazing! I live in Philadelphia and wanted to produce a song as a gift for my daughter. Spike made it so simple and affordable. I simply recorded my vocals and sax part on my phone and emailed it to him. He added all of the background (percussion, base, guitar, keys) and pulled it all together. The final product was absolutely amazing... totally professional - you would have thought I spent hours in the recording studio and thousands of dollars. A colleague who agreed to narrate my historical novel, Mayflower Chronicles: The Tale of Two Cultures, found Mobile Mic studios as a place to do the recordings. This being my first experience with converting one of my books into audio format, I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism with which Spike Katz handled the process. On the few occasions where there was a glitch he quickly corrected it. On a couple of occasions he caught things I and the narrator overlooked and pointed them out to us. It was a long book, requiring many sessions in his portable studio. His flexibility and professionalism made this experience virtually painless and seamless. If I ever decide to launch another audio book I would certainly hope this place will be available.
